About the Role
This rewarding position will see you working across aged care and community settings, delivering high‐quality physiotherapy services that support mobility, independence, wellbeing and quality of life for our residents and clients.
You will become part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to person‐centred care and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programs for aged care residents and community clients
* Develop mobility, strength, falls prevention and pain management plans
* Provide manual handling education and support to staff
* Work closely with nursing and allied health teams
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence‐based practice
* Support residents and families with compassionate, holistic care
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* Demonstrated physiotherapy experience, ideally within aged care, community or rehabilitation settings
* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* A passion for improving the health and wellbeing of older people
