* Have experience in spray painting and surface prep (automotive, marine, industrial — we’re flexible)
* Bring sharp attention to detail — this isn’t slap-it-on-and-go work
* Be reliable, switched-on, and keen to learn
* Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and medical
* Work well solo and as part of a team
The role?
You’ll be trained in the art of gel coating — applying sleek, high-gloss finishes to a high-end product that’s leading the market.
This step is crucial, so we need someone who’s borderline obsessive when it comes to detail.
You’ll come in with a solid understanding of prepping surfaces, laying down even coats, and making things look schmick.
But gel coating is a whole new beast — and we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What we can’t teach is attitude — so if you’re hungry to learn and ready to sink your teeth into something fresh, we’re all ears!
