Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist to develop and implement maintenance strategies for our fixed plant infrastructure.
About the Role
* Develop short and long-term maintenance plans for various teams, ensuring optimal availability and utilisation of equipment.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule maintenance activities for work centres, including routine maintenance, major overhauls, and shutdowns.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance strategies for fixed plant infrastructure, taking into account asset condition and performance data.
* Provide coaching and guidance to team members on best practices in maintenance planning and execution.
* Create and manage work orders and requisitions, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective resource allocation.
