This is a senior seat with real autonomy. As Account Director, you'll lead a portfolio of major clients, shape media strategy end-to-end, and build the next generation of media talent all at one of Australia's leading independent agencies. The role You'll own the agency–client relationship at every level, from day-to-day delivery to boardroom conversations with senior stakeholders. That means driving media planning and execution across your portfolio, presenting with conviction, and becoming the kind of advisor clients actually call when something matters. Internally, you'll lead a team of Account Managers, Executives, and Coordinators — setting the standard for quality, mentoring them through tough briefs, and making sure their development doesn't get lost in the busyness of the day job. The team's output is your output. What you'll bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital media or marketing role, with a proven track record of managing teams within a digital media agency or similar field. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in both biddable and non-biddable digital media channels. Expertise with industry planning and reporting technologies (DV360, Google Analytics, Nielsen Ad Intel, Roy Morgan, and Microsoft Office).
