With rapid growth we are expanding our Finance and Insurance team to enhance customer experience and support business expansion.
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee financing options, including loans and leases, to facilitate vehicle purchases.
* Collaborate with financial institutions to secure favorable terms for customers.
* Prepare and manage budgets for the financing and aftermarket departments.
* Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning and decision‐making.
* Generate financial reports and provide insights into the performance of financing and aftermarket operations.
* Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their financing and aftermarket needs.
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote financing options and after‐market products.
* Collaborate with the sales team to integrate financing and aftermarket solutions into the sales process.
* Provide feedback and support to improve individual and team performance.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with financing and aftermarket services.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to safeguard the company's interests.
* Maintain F&I training with our financiers.
* Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts, quotes and policies.
* Offer unique tailored financial solutions, end to end.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the automotive industry – 3+ years desirable.
* Strong focus on MSI – Customer Satisfaction Index.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Takes initiative and anticipates needs before they arise.
* Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
* Consistently dependable and trustworthy.
* Preferred bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
