We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to step into a fun fast‐paced environment and make a difference!
What you'll be doing
* Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front‐of‐house team
* Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling any inquiries or concerns
* Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety
* Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed
* Stepping up as Acting Restaurant Manager when required, taking full responsibility for operations
What we're looking for
* Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the hospitality environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* A passion for great customer service and thriving in a fast‐paced environment
* Availability for a rotating flexible roster and no late nights or early mornings
