Jamberoo Action Park – Admin Assistant (Contract)
Jamberoo Action Park is NSW's favourite water theme park situated on 40 hectares. The mission is to deliver a quality entertainment experience comparable to the best water theme parks worldwide.
Location: 20 minutes south of Wollongong, 15 minutes from Shellharbour, and 10 minutes from Kiama.
Contract duration: June 2026 to 1 May 2027.
We are seeking an outgoing team member who thrives on multi‐tasking in a busy office environment. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
* Provide timely resolutions to guest enquiries regarding ticketing and general park operations via email and phone.
* Assist the Administrator Manager with processing group bookings.
* Prepare Daily Bookings Overview, Hut Signs, and Internal Day Sheets.
* Follow up bookings and process payments.
* Provide interdepartmental support as requested by the Administrator Manager.
Requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Pleasant phone manner.
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
* Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
* Valid Working With Children Check.
* Valid NSW National Police Check.
