A full-time position is available in Toowoomba to support the Administration Manager and assist with a range of specialist and general administration duties for a busy and expanding Australian snack food manufacturer.

**_The Employer:_**
Scarecrow Foods is a new Toowoomba based Australian manufacturer specialising in innovative snack foods.
The purpose-built facility is equipped with state-of-the-art food processing and packaging technology designed to add innovation to their "crop to shop" processes and deliver premium and ethical snack foods to Australian consumers.
**_The Duties:_**
The emphasis will be to provide Administration support and while duties will be diverse across both general and specialist areas depending upon changing demands, tasks will include:
- Provide administration support to Sales through the acceptance and processing of domestic sales enquiries
- Process sales orders
- Organise and schedule transport arrangements to ensure timely delivery of ordered product to the client
- Prepare and manage all relevant documentation including invoicing and accounts receivable
- Process returns and credit documentation
- Order and purchase product for the Production team and general office supplies
- Manage stock control and use-by deadlines
- Assist with accounts payable and payroll
**_The Person:_**
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with customers, service providers and other team members
- Proven strong customer service skills
- A highly developed sense of personal responsibility with the ability to work autonomously
- A high level of data entry and computer skills
- A strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite especially Excel
- The ability to work to deadlines in a busy and distracting work environment
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
Although not essential, preference will be shown to applicants who also bring to the position:
- Relevant certificates or qualifications in Business or Accounting
- Stock control experience
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
