Job Title: Team Leader – Patient Registry
About the Role
Lead and oversee the operations of the SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) Patient Registry team to ensure accurate, complete, and timely management of patient identity and demographic data across the electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR), the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI), the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and associated systems.
About the Team
The South Australian Ambulance Service (SAAS) is implementing a modernised patient information ecosystem through the amPHI Electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) platform. A central element of this system is the amPHI Patient Registry module, which provides a single, authoritative source of patient identity data within the ePCR system.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the Patient Registry team operations
* Ensure accurate and complete patient identity data management across ePCR, EMPI, EMR systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and data quality initiatives
Required Qualifications
* Relevant professional experience in patient registry, data management or health information systems
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
