- Troubleshooting enquiries and providing clients with resolutions.
- Processing system access requests
- Taking ownership of enquiries
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience liaising with stakeholders
- Time management and organisational skills
- Experience in Data entry
- IT studies or experience
