We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team.. This part-time role is crucial in supporting our dentists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
What you'll be doing
* Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
* Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment
* Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies
* Greet and welcome patients, and assist with patient registration and paperwork
* Perform basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
* Ensure the dental practice remains clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and the dental team
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using dental equipment and software
* A caring, patient-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in dental assisting or a related field
