Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allied Health Professional to lead our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants in Perth.

This role offers a unique blend of leadership focus and holistic quality of care with clients, including rewarding work with DVA clients.

As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and provide excellent customer care.


Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and coaching a team of Consultants
* Overseeing the team's performance and quality
* Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
* Mentoring and training junior staff members
* Providing advice and coaching on case management practices, while also managing a reduced, specialised case load of your own

You will be responsible for identifying Return To Work barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce as required.


Requirements:

* Qualifications and full relevant registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or Rehab Counselling
* Current vehicle and driver's licence and ability to travel for work
* Minimum of one year of relevant experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
* Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
* Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
* Ability to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
* Proven organisational and time-management skills
