The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, has a strong trade background, and is looking to progress their career towards Construction Manager level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations across multiple residential projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Manage and liaise with trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient site environment.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior supervisors.
- Report directly to the Construction Manager and Directors.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven supervisory experience in residential construction.
- Willingness to travel to sites south of the river.
- Steel frame experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong trade base and understanding of construction processes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to training and mentoring junior staff.
- Ambition to progress into a Construction Manager role.
