Administration Officer – Urgent Care Clinic

As the first point of contact at our Urgent Care Clinic, you'll provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring they feel supported and cared for. You'll manage appointments, handle enquiries, maintain records, and keep the reception area running smoothly.

What you'll do
* Coordinate and manage client appointments and arrivals
* Support administrative processes including admissions, discharges, referrals, and records management
* Provide a welcoming reception and assist with client enquiries
* Undertake general administrative duties to support the team
About you
* Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or fast-paced settings
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and navigating multiple databases
* Calm, professional, and positive under pressure
