In this Role, You'll
* Oversee daily community operations, ensuring high standards across cleaning, gardens, facilities and resident services.
* Manage tenancy processes, resident files, documentation, audits and compliance with legislation and Ingenia policies.
* Support community engagement by promoting events, showing the community to prospective residents and helping deliver social activities.
* Prepare, cook and serve quality meals while maintaining strict food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
* Maintain a safe environment by monitoring hazards, reporting incidents, managing contractors and adhering to WHS and Food Safety requirements.
You're Likely a Match If You
* Bring strong communication, relationship building and problem solving skills, with a genuine care for residents.
* Have experience managing staff, working in a commercial kitchen and handling compliance, audits or facilities related tasks.
* Are self‐motivated, organised and confident working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
* Can stay calm under pressure, respond well to unexpected situations and provide constructive feedback when needed.
* Are physically capable of the role's demands, including lifting, standing, using kitchen/cleaning equipment and moving around the community frequently.
