**The company**
Launch is excited to be working with one of Victoria's leading government departments. We are looking for a passionate Service Desk Support Analyst to work closely with stakeholders to ensure that service requests are met in timely fashion.
**The Role**
The successful Service Desk Support Analyst Provide a proactive channel for customers to request and receive information relating to support services.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide progress of service requests and incident activities to the end-user and management team.
- Ensure all service requests and incidents are properly coordinated between customer needs and suppliers / vendors timelines.
- Manage tickets from point of assignment to point of resolution
- Deliver and configure IT equipment which can involve unassisted lifting and carrying equipment
**About You**
To be successful you will need:
- Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst for at least a year
- Demonstrated ability to be able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Understanding of SLAs
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems
- Solid communication skills
