* Part-time 0.2 and fixed term till May 2027
* Level B $122,391 - $144,759 + 17% Superannuation

As a Research Fellow (Clinical Psychologist), you will:

* Deliver 18‐month infant neurodevelopmental assessments using Bayley‐IV and score CBCL results with accuracy and consistency
* Develop SOPs and REDCap workflows to ensure GCP‐aligned, high‐quality assessment processes.
* Identify clinically relevant findings, manage care escalations, and coordinate referrals in line with study protocols.
* Maintain rigorous data collection, scheduling, documentation, and end‐of‐collection follow‐up to support trial integrity.
* Collaborate with research and clinical teams, contribute to meetings, and support ethics submissions and project problem‐solving.

To be successful, you'll have:

* Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist and experience conducting infant developmental assessments (Bayley‐III/IV).
* Strong organisational discipline, with the ability to manage scheduling, documentation, data quality and competing deadlines.
* High clinical and ethical standards, including confidentiality, GCP training, and adherence to clinical trial protocols.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with families, researchers, and multidisciplinary teams.
* A collaborative, growth‐oriented mindset, demonstrating emotional intelligence, problem‐solving, and the ability to contribute to research excellence.
* Flexibility to deliver assessments from HERB Geelong or Deakin Burwood as needed
