Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Frontline Support Specialist to join our Disability Services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing person-centred care, especially supporting clients with complex needs.
* Deliver tailored support for clients with complex needs
* Lead behaviour support and crisis management strategies
* Mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team
* Engage clients and families to align services with individual goals
* Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential qualifications include a Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent) and current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence.
