What You'll Be Doing As an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter, you'll learn on the job while being supported by experienced tradespeople. You'll get hands-on experience in: Working with tools, machinery, and mechanical equipment Assisting with the assembly and maintenance of industrial equipment Learning how to identify and fix mechanical issues Reading drawings and understanding how machines work Workshop tasks including fitting, repairs, and basic fabrication Working safely as part of a supportive team No experience? No worries - full training will be provided. About You We're looking for someone who: Has a genuine interest in mechanics, engineering, or hands-on work Enjoys working with tools or fixing things Is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Wants to build a long-term career in a trade This role is ideal for recent school leavers, those completing Year 10, 11 or 12, or anyone looking to start a trade career.
