About the Role
Travel + Leisure Co. is part of My Travel Group, a division of the Helloworld network of agencies based on the sunny Gold Coast. The role is a travel consultant that sells international and domestic flights, cruises, tours, accommodation, rail, insurance, and packages. You will provide exceptional customer service at all times and support broader business needs.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day selling will include international and domestic flights, cruises, tours, accommodation, rail, insurance and packages. You will also be providing exceptional customer service at all times and supporting the broader business needs.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience, Fares & Ticketing I & II, previous experience in a similar role.
* Desirable experience in Travelport and Cross Check Travel or other equivalent GDS systems.
* Strong product & destination knowledge, confidence, and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
* High level of customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
