The Marketing Specialist role at Alley Group is an entry to early-mid level digital marketing position focused on implementing and managing paid marketing campaigns and supporting performance growth for client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and implement paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), display, and others.
* Execute agreed marketing strategies to deliver performance against KPIs.
* Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
* Keep up-to-date with changes to advertising platforms and recent features.
* Produce campaign performance reports and analysis.
* Communicate with clients on strategy implementation and results.
* Attend meetings such as Weekly Implementation Plans (WIPs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
* Ensure all work sent to clients is high quality, accurate, and timely.
* Work collaboratively with publishers and internal teams to meet targets and budgets.
Preferences & Requirements
* Relevant bachelor's degree or higher.
* 1–2+ years experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
* Excellent knowledge of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads.
* Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
* Good communication skills and attention to detail.
