About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Support Technician to join our fast-growing National MSP team. If you’ve spent at least 5+ years in a similar MSP support role, love problem-solving, and want exposure to modern cloud and cybersecurity technologies, this is the role for you.
This is a hands-on technical support position working across a wide range of client environments. You’ll provide Level 2/3 support, work through complex issues, assist with projects, and be part of a team delivering high-quality managed services and cybersecurity solutions.
Your day will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving tickets across Windows, Microsoft 365, macOS, networking, and cloud services
- Supporting Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint
- Working with RMM/PSA tools (HaloPSA experience ideal)
- Managing user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and policy configurations
- Supporting security controls such as MFA, EDR, patching, and Conditional Access
- Troubleshooting networks: VLANs, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, switches (Cisco/Ubiquiti)
- Participating in project work, upgrades, and migrations
About You
You’ll excel in this role if you have solid technical capability, excellent communication, and thrive in an MSP environment where no two days are the same.
To be successful, you must have:
- 5+ years MSP or IT support experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Hands‑on experience with Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, and identity security
- Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, routing)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Clear communication skills and the ability to write meaningful ticket notes
- Experience with SentinelOne, ThreatLocker, Guardz, or similar EDR/DLP tools
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., Essential 8)
- Experience with Cisco IOS
