About the Role
* Attend site visits to measure, scope, and quote fencing works
* Price and prepare accurate estimates directly off plans
* Liaise with company Directors to manage approvals and workflow
* Manage and supervise a small team of 2-3 labourers on site
* Coordinate with existing fencing contractors on manufacturing and installation
* Maintain project timelines and ensure quality standards are met
About You
* Background in fencing, landscaping, or construction supervision
* Ideal for tradespeople looking to transition off the tools into leadership
* Confident pricing and quoting off plans
* Experience supervising small teams
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Current driver's licence essential
