Part‐Time Canteen Assistant - Afternoon Shift
We're hiring a part‐time Canteen Assistant for the afternoon shift at DON in Castlemaine, Victoria. The permanent part‐time role starts immediately, Monday‐Friday (approx. 3:00 pm‐8:00 pm) and pays $26.55 p/h.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include food preparation, basic cooking, customer service, cleaning & dishwashing, stock replenishment and occasional heavy lifting.
Qualifications
* Solid experience in a similar position, including food preparation and customer service.
* Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
* Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices.
* High attention to detail and a hands‐on approach.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
* Catering experience is a bonus.
