Role Overview
We're currently on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team as a Transport Coordinator at our Kalgoorlie branch. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving on the fly, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the role for you.
As a key part of our operations team, you'll be at the centre of our daily transport activity - coordinating, communicating, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Job Responsibilities
This office-based role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and the daily duties will include
* Schedule and coordinate transport runs across our fleet of Tilt Trays and Low Loaders
* Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
* Maintain clear, consistent communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
* Respond to changing priorities and provide real-time solutions
* Support the Hire Office with general administrative tasks
* Monitor and manage transport costs and resource allocation
Qualifications

* Proven experience in a Transport/Logistics Coordination role
* Strong knowledge of the regional landscape
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A customer-first mindset with a track record of great service
* Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, and database systems - experience with Insphire/CRM is a bonus)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet
