Your role as a Personal Banker(known internally as a Customer Relationship Officer)is todeliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers end-to-end banking needs.

This is a 12-month secondment, full-time positionlocatedin Parkdale.The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role,you'llconsistently deliver exceptional customer service.We'dlove you to have:
* Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer's needs
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
* The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
* Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different
* Drive for collaboration -mateshipis crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
* Experience in consumer lending - a plus but certainly not essential
