The Role
This is a permanent, full‐time opportunity for our Customer Services team, ensuring accurate customer and property information so our customers are billed correctly and on time. This is a hands‐on administrative role with variety, responsibility and real impact. This is an ideal opportunity if you enjoy structured admin work, working with data, and seeing the direct results of your efforts.
In this role, you'll:
* Process customer account information end‐to‐end to ensure accurate billing.
* Maintain high‐quality customer, property and infrastructure records.
* Apply pricing and service rules to manage complex account adjustments and corrections.
* Identify and resolve data integrity issues.
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear, professional information.
* Meet service standards and KPIs while delivering excellent customer care.
* Work autonomously on detailed administrative tasks while contributing to a supportive team.

What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from candidates who can hit the ground running in a busy admin environment. You'll bring:
* Strong experience in administration, data entry and record management.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Confidence working with digital systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer‐focused approach.
* The ability to work independently and manage complex tasks.
* Problem‐solving skills and sound judgement when applying rules and guidelines.

The Details
This role is based in Launceston and attracts a salary of $89,687.68 – $94,670.34 (inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience.
