CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Demolition Foreman for our client working on demolition and civil construction projects based in Jimboomba, QLD. This role will suit a hands-on Demolition Foreman with strong experience delivering demolition and civil construction projects, ideally within industrial, utilities, water infrastructure, or heavy construction environments. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day demolition activities onsite Lead crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery Monitor project progress and maintain productivity targets Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and enforce WHS compliance Coordinate plant, equipment and site resources Ensure works are completed to quality and project requirements Liaise with site management and stakeholders regarding delivery outcomes Maintain site documentation and reporting as required Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working as a Demolition Foreman or Site Supervisor Strong understanding of demolition methodologies and site safety requirements Experience managing crews in fast-paced construction environments Ability to read and interpret project plans and site documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills White Card and current Driver’s Licence Relevant tickets and demolition experience highly regarded How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
