Construction Project Lead
A top-tier Construction Project Manager is needed to oversee the delivery of two high-rise projects on the Gold Coast from early design and procurement through to handover and defect closure.
About the Role
* This leader will take full ownership of programme, cost and quality, ensuring alignment between office and field teams.
* The ideal candidate will set expectations for Site Managers, Foremen, Safety, CAs, engineers and cadets.
Key Responsibilities
* Owning master and target programmes and driving site-driven 3-week look-aheads.
* Building commercial strategies with Construction Administrators.
* Treating safety and quality as non-negotiables.
Requirements
* Solid experience delivering complex buildings, including large structures.
* Strong commercial acumen – managing budgets, trade letting, variations, forecasting and contract management.
* Well-developed planning and programme capability.
* Proven ability to lead and get the best from Site Managers, Foremen, CAs, Safety and engineers.
