Medical Professional Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Professional to join our multidisciplinary team serving residents within aged care facilities in Western Australia.
As a key member of our team, you will engage in purpose-driven work with an outstanding work-life balance, supported by a full-time nurse, geriatrician, and administrative team.
* Work with a diverse patient population, including Aged Care Residents, Indigenous Communities, and NDIS Participants.
* Contribute to enhancing health outcomes through collaborations with Allied Health, Nursing, and Specialists.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM).
* Availability for at least 1 day per week, with potential for additional work as a result of growth.
* Experience with system-based reporting and confidence in using various software packages preferred.
