* Contribute to the development of the organisation's strategy as a member of the Senior Management Team.

* CAANZ-registered Chartered Accountant with 10+ years in senior finance roles.
* Proven leadership experience in finance, ICT, property, and risk management.
* Strong understanding of NZQA, TEC, MoE, and Charities Services compliance requirements.
* Advanced ICT and data analytics skills, including cloud-based finance systems.
* Experience leading high-performing teams and contributing to executive-level strategy.
* Culturally competent, resilient, and collaborative individual.
