Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Counselling skills and experience working with clients with complex needs
* Ability to work in a trauma-informed approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
* Degree in psychology, social work, nursing or a related field
