Job Description
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and tax regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Handle employee payroll queries in a qualified and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to support financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage payroll-related expenses and budgets.
- Assist in audits and implement any required changes to payroll processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Proven experience in payroll management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
- Proficiency in using payroll systems and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
