As the Administration Officer, you will prepare reports, maintain accurate records, coordinate team activities and support senior staff with administrative and organisational tasks. You will also undertake research into workplace relations matters, including legislation, policies and industrial instruments, and assist with projects that support business improvement and organisational capability.
About you
* Exercise high level communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and assist in the resolution of issues raised by employees.
* Manage an accurate and confidential information storage and retrieval system for document management. This includes the handling and management of electronic and physical files, file notes, submissions, briefs, correspondence and file management for the unit.
* Provide high level, qualified and confidential assistance with research tasks.
* Undertake project work to support the unit in the achievement of business priorities and organisational capability building.
* Assist with the provision of advice and supporting clients with the management of complex queries in a timely and accurate manner.
