About Us:

We're leaders in mental health service delivery, specialising in working with adults and young people.

Our team plays a crucial role in the recovery journey, delivering comprehensive, integrated care across the Central Queensland region.

This is achieved through a hub and spoke model, where specialised resources and coordination are centralised, while local spokes ensure community-based service delivery.


About the Role

This part-time opportunity will contribute high-quality evidence-based clinical care as a member of our multidisciplinary team delivering care coordination services for children and youth.

The role focuses on early intervention and support of young people up to the age of 25.

* Promote holistic wellbeing by considering broader determinants of health, fostering collaboration among providers, and ensuring a sustainable, adaptable service responsive to community needs.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to address service gaps for the 'missing middle' by enhancing accessibility and integrating primary mental health care, psychosocial support, and early intervention.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


Key Requirements

* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist, OR, AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker, OR, Level 2 ACA registration/eligibility.
* Knowledge and understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions and clinical practice as well as demonstrated excellence in the practical application of such, in the areas of mental health and alcohol and drug use.
* Highly developed communication (including written) and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to engage with people, advocate on their behalf and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, families & friends and stakeholders.
* Experience in the use of electronic client/customer management systems, ability to use a desktop computer, and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
* Blue Card eligibility for paid employment.
* NDIS worker screening clearance for paid employment.
