Support individuals with complex needs — including sensory, physical, and intellectual disabilities, often with challenging behaviours — living in shared accommodation. Assist with daily living, promote independence, and enable community access while making a real difference every day. Your Responsibilities Assist customers with all aspects of daily living — including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance and household tasks — while consistently promoting dignity and respect Communicate and build meaningful connections with customers, adapting interactions to meet each individual’s unique needs.
