About The Role
Full‐time position based at our site in Bradford Ingleburn, NSW. Reporting to the Line Manager, your focus will be on operating a range of fixed and mobile plant in a fast‐paced environment to manufacture high‐quality insulation.
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 7am-5pm (Day shift)
In This Role You Will
* Champion a safety‐first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero‐harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
* Operating machinery and ensuring materials are produced to the commercial standard, performing quality checks as required.
* Identify and report equipment and product faults.
* Unload and stage (put away) various products.
* Be involved in identifying risks and hazards and contributing to initiatives that focus on improving quality.
* Housekeeping and other duties as required.

* Ability to interact well with others and join the team.
* The ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever‐changing environment.
* High attention to detail, with good mechanical mind and troubleshooting ability.
* Computer literacy
* Willingness to work a rotating roster.
* Proven success in a similar role, preferably in a high volume, multiple stage continuous manufacturing / factory environment is desirable.
* Strong understanding of production operations.
