The Role
Looking for someone from Consultant to Manager level who is focussed on delivery. Everyone up to directors has a delivery role.
You will work with existing clients closely to guide them through complex R&D claims and Grants ensuring full compliance working in a timely fashion and ensuring client satufaction working to favourable outcomes and claims.
Sydney based office where a Hybrid employment model is adopted, howver can be based anywhere in Australia. 100% remote if not Sydney. 2-3 days in the office if Sydney.
Focus on delivery and results and very strong on Compliance. The aim is quality not quantity.
Training
Regular training given fortnightly
Case walk-throughs
Direct contact/direction and training with Directors
*Will pay towards relevant qualifications certs and Licenses.
Experience and skills
3-4 Years experience in R&D Tax and or Grants
Delivery Focussed
Diligent - detail orientated
Very strong on Compliance
Good presentation skills

$110-120k Inc super
