In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the Resource Manager and Operations team. You will coordinate, maintain and manage records within the Operations Unit and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide accurate, timely and confidential support, including preparation and distribution of documentation.
• Ensure the efficient management of all correspondence so that all issues are prioritised and directed to the appropriate officer for action.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for team meetings, ensuring all relevant issues are included and follow-up actions are tracked and delivered.
• Manage the Resource Manager's emails and calendar, prioritising communications with deadlines and scheduling meetings and appointments accordingly.
• Offer guidance to management and staff regarding staff benefits, Human Resource (HR) policies, and procedures.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
• Applicants must possess a current, valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence or equivalent.
• You may be required to travel to other locations to undertake activities for varying periods of time. You will be entitled to expenses and allowances for such travel.
