The Executive Office sits at the heart of this work, supporting the General Manager, Mayor and Councillors across strategy, governance and communication.
We are seeking an exceptional professional to join this high impact team as our Executive Officer, reporting to the Senior Executive Officer.
What You’ll Do
* Support the GM on priority matters
* Manage high level correspondence, workflow and confidential issues
* Prepare briefs, agendas, communications and reports
* Coordinate Council Meetings and follow-up actions
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and community
You will also:
* Provide advice and support on organisation-wide issues
* Anticipate risks and reputational considerationsSupport the Senior Executive Officer in the coordination of Executive Office operations
* Contribute to cultural alignment across the leadership cohort
