We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Reservations Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls into the hotel and redirecting them to each department as necessary. You will also analyse and update guest requests tailored to their requirements, handle hotel outlet reservations or guest orders, and assist with coordinating guest bookings.
To be successful in this position, you must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and relevant experience in a similar role. You should also have working rights in Australia and be enthusiastic about escalating your career. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
