Job Description

Our Registered Midwives work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients and their carers. This role involves providing safe, holistic, and customer-focused care, as well as documenting patient information accurately and in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating high-standard nursing care in consultation with the healthcare team, patient, and carers.
* Provide safe and effective patient care that meets the individual's needs and promotes holistic wellbeing.
* Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner, consulting with doctors if necessary.
* Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including verbal and written communication, to ensure seamless care delivery.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
* Ability to provide holistic patient care that addresses physical, emotional, and social needs.
* Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Up-to-date knowledge of midwifery practices and standards.
