* OML Studios: India's premier production house developing original IPs for leading OTT platforms. Also helps brands conceptualise and produce original IPs, manage syndication and licensing.
* EighteenSixtyTwo: Bacardi's offsite content and advertising agency, with campaigns in 20+ countries, delivering top‐tier creative and content marketing solutions.
* OML Sports: A creative content studio crafting high‐impact ads, social media campaigns, and sportainment content for leading teams and leagues. We bring sports stories to life with innovative formats and audience‐first storytelling.
Role Overview

OML is looking for a VP – Sales to drive revenue across our Advertising Services, Creator Marketing ecosystem, and branded content. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands how culture, content, and commerce intersect—and knows how to sell it.

Key Responsibilities
* Build new relationships and drive new client acquisition for the Creative agency business while generating revenue for various businesses that OML runs - Branded content, IPs, Influencer marketing
* Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers pan India.
* Create and maintain key relationships with clients and ensuring sustained and long‐term business with them
* Explore new streams of revenue and build them to be sustainable
Responsibilities
* Revenue Leadership: Drive revenue growth across various business functions of OML, with focus on OML's Advertising services and creator‐led solutions.
* Network Growth: Create new relationships and generate opportunities to work with brands new to the OML ecosystem
* Client Relationships: Leverage and expand a strong network of CXOs, brand heads, and marketing decision‐makers
* Pipeline Management: Create a predictable, high‐quality pipeline with strong forecasting discipline
* Team Leadership: Lead and scale a high‐performing sales team - set targets, drive accountability, and mentor talent
* Cross‐functional Collaboration: Work closely with OML's robust creative team, servicing team, content team - strategise, and sell culture‐first solutions
Skills
* Strong revenue strategy & pipeline forecasting
* Deep understanding today's content and Internet consumption landscape
* Platform fluency across YouTube, Instagram, and YouTube
* C‐suite brand & agency relationships across India
* High‐stakes negotiation and pricing discipline
* Team leadership and performance management
* Strong cross‐functional execution (content, talent, strategy)
* Commercial instinct + high ownership mindset
Qualifications and Prior Experience
* 10+ years in Sales, with significant experience in media, digital, or advertising
* Proven track record of closing high‐value deals and hitting revenue goals
* Strong understanding of Advertising, Influencer marketing, branded content ecosystems, and digital IPs
* Deep brand and agency connects across India
* Ability to co‐build and sell ideas, and not just inventory
* High ownership mindset with strong commercial acumen
