Rexel Australia is a market‐leading electrical wholesaler with a strong national footprint and a commitment to operational excellence. Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service delivery across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Customer Rebates Management — Own the end‐to‐end Customer Rebates process.
* Daily Stock Analysis — Review stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with operational teams.
* Inventory Support — Act as the primary contact for inventory queries across our Branch Network.
* Sales Mix Reporting — Prepare Product Sales Mix reports for our European head office and follow up on enquiries.
* Reconciliations — Prepare and maintain accurate monthly reconciliations.
* Audit Assistance — Support both internal and external audit processes.
* Systems Variance Investigation — Analyse and resolve variances between our two ERP systems.
* Budgeting Support — Assist with the annual branch budgeting cycle.
* Ad‐hoc Analysis — Provide analytical support and other duties as requested by the Margin team.
About You
* Advanced Excel Skills — Intermediate to advanced Excel and strong systems capability.
* Strong Communication — Clear written and verbal communication.
* Analytical Mindset — High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
* Up to two years' experience in a Financial Accounting role.
* Working towards or holding a CPA/CA qualification.
