* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of counter staff to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and maintain store standards.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate stock levels, manage cash handling, and adhere to compliance procedures.
* Participate in on-the-job training and mentoring programs to develop skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements:
* Proven leadership and people management skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong stock management experience with skills in planning, merchandising, and attention to detail.* Ability to work full-time hours, including early and late shifts, and alternate weekends.* In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, WH&S, and Food Safety compliance.* Physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout shifts.
