Propti Connect, a leading real estate agency in Ingleburn NSW 2565, is seeking an exceptional Property Manager / Office Coordinator to join our thriving team. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential property management services and office administration.

What you'll be doing
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, tenant management, and maintenance coordination
* Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
* Handling all aspects of the rental cycle, from advertising vacant properties to conducting routine inspections
* Ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution of any tenant or landlord inquiries or issues
* Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and general office support
* Collaborating with the wider team to maintain high standards of property management and client satisfaction
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a property management or real estate role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Proficient in using real estate software and technology, such as property management systems
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
* A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
* Valid driver licence and reliable vehicle
* Current NSW real estate licence required at commencement
* Australian work rights with unrestricted eligibility to work in Australia
