About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Field Manager to make a real impact in a leadership role that supports both nurses and personal care workers working in the community. As the RN Field Manager, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational guidance. You will oversee daily workflows, support complex clinical decision-making, and act as a key liaison between staff, clients, families, and external providers.
In this varied role, you'll also be working within our Community Nurse Program, providing clinical support for the team and clients so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys diversity in their day.
What does my day to day look like:
* Lead, mentor, and support the field-based Community Program Team.
* Direct report for our Personal Care Workers, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses working in the community.
* Assist with complaints, incidents, and deteriorations in Sandwai as required with guidance from the Clinical Manager, ensuring they are responded to in a timely manner.
* Create client service plans, develop an appropriate care plan and prepare documentation for initial visits.
* Coordinate daily workflows and ensure balanced caseloads.
* Provide clinical guidance and assist with complex or escalated cases.
* Oversee documentation, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external healthcare partners.
About you
A Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration, experienced in community nursing, home care, aged care, or acute care and you are experienced in leading, coaching, and supporting clinical staff.
A strong communicator with an ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Partnered with demonstrated people management, problem-solving, and communication skills will see you successful in this role.

Please note you must be able to holds a current WWCC, National Police Clearance, NDIS Clearance, current driver's license and up-to-date training (manual handling, first aid & CPR) or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
