We're now looking for someone to drive growth, engagement and revenue across our charity network.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional charity role.
This is a growth + customer success + AI-enabled role focused on:
* Driving membership revenue
* Scaling engagement across thousands of charities
* Building smarter systems to automate and improve how we operate
You'll play a critical role in shaping how GoodCompany grows.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
1. Audit and streamline membership collections end-to-end
2. Increase paid membership collection rate to 90%+
3. Launch and execute outbound strategy (10+ charities per week)
4. Reduce churn to Growth & Revenue
* Own and drive charity membership revenue ($330 p.a.)
* Improve collection rates through structured follow-up and systems
* Build scalable processes to ensure consistent revenue growth
Charity Success & Engagement
* Be the primary point of contact for charity partners
* Increase engagement across giving, volunteering and fundraising
* Identify opportunities to retain, grow and activate accounts
Outbound & Acquisition
* Execute a consistent outbound growth strategy
* Identify, pitch, onboard and activate new charity partners
* Continuously test and improve outreach approaches
AI & Automation (Critical)
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to automate outreach at scale
* Personalise communications
* Build efficient workflows
* Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with smart systems
Systems & Optimisation
* Work across: Zoho CRM, Campaigns & Desk, Xero (billing, reconciliation)
* Improve data quality, segmentation and reporting
* Turn underutilised data into actionable insights

Tech Stack
* Must have: Zoho One (CRM, Campaigns, Desk), Xero, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar)
* Bonus: SaaS platforms, Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.), Social media / digital engagement experience
