* High base salary + uncapped commissions (realistic $250k OTE for strong performers)

About The Role This is a full-time Senior Business Development Manager position managing warm, inbound, high-ticket leads.
* Conduct consultative in-person, Zoom, and phone sales calls with qualified prospects
* Manage a structured sales process from discovery to close
* Sell premium programs typically ranging from $5k–$50k+
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in HubSpot
* Work closely with leadership to drive revenue growth
You'll spend your time closing, not chasing cold prospects. What You Will Do
* Run high-quality discovery calls that uncover business needs and goals
* Present tailored solutions aligned to client objectives
* Overcome objections professionally and ethically
* Maintain strong follow-up cadence to maximise conversions
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Skills & Experience
* We are focused on capability and performance rather than tenure.
* Proven ability to close high-ticket offers in a consultative sales environment
* Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets
* Strong discovery, objection handling and value-based selling skills
* Experience selling via Zoom and phone
* Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot experience advantageous)
