Overview
We are looking for a Build Coordinator to join our internal team and take full ownership of the client journey – from pre‐construction right through to key handover. This is not a back‐office role. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, driving communication, managing timelines, and ensuring each build progresses smoothly and to standard.
What You Will Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of residential builds from pre‐site through to handover.
* Keeping clients informed and confident at every stage of the process.
* Liaising with site supervisors and internal teams to keep builds on track.
* Identifying and resolving issues proactively before they reach the client.
* Upholding a high standard of client experience from first contact to key handover.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in residential construction coordination, administration, or a similar client‐facing role within the building industry.
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously.
* A genuine commitment to delivering a quality client experience.
* A positive, solutions‐focused attitude and the ability to work well within a close‐knit team.

* $80,000 – $90,000 + superannuation.
